I absolutely love Aram Counseling! I've been coming here for almost two years and the professionalism is amazing. They are incredibly flexible and offer both remote and in-person appointments, which has made it so much easier to stay consistent with therapy. I have experienced probably the best healthcare of my life at Aram Wellness and Counseling. I have struggled with headaches and migraines most of my life. I have also had seasons of life with high anxiety. My GPs would prescribe me meds that would give me horrible side effects. I figured living with headaches and anxiety was just the cards I was dealt. Katrina Didot is an amazing counselor! Both my daughter and I have loved counseling with her. She is kind, empathetic, a good listener and asks great questions. She also gives practical advice on things to try to help manage anxiety or whatever issue you might have. Looking back today, now that I am 20 years old, the therapist I had through 'Aram Wellness Center' in 2022 never truly helped me heal or work through my trauma. I was only 13 to 15 years old at the time of seeing her, and I specifically remember feeling absolutely judged by her throughout all our sessions and not supported at all, especially at times when I was in the hospital because of my complex health issues.
