Clean comfortable room, amenities were great, problems at all
We were welcomed on arrival, our room was excellent, newly renovated, staff were always available for help or advice, we would highly recommend the Araluen motel for your stay.
Rooms were very clean however the customer service here was extremely poor Staff were rude, unhelpful and not welcoming especially the old lady at reception. Check‑in/out was unfriendly from start to finish. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere where you get basic respect at least; definitely won’t return and cannot recommend staying.
