I called about a very serious matter and they hung up on me. Which is very unprofessional and disrespectful considering what I need help with. You need to work on being more patient and respectful towards people instead of hanging up the phone on someone who lost their parents unlawfully.

Did my due diligence and researched and got a few quotes from similar PI’s and services offered but it was a very easy decision once I spoke to Rick at Aragon Investigations. He was punctual, kind and so very quick & efficient. Great with communication and extremely competitive pricing. Others were over five times the price and not close to the quality of service.
