While the lady who helped me was nice, the experience was not what I expected. From all the social media posts, it seemed like I could create my dream dress with seperate bodice and skirt pieces. That wasn’t the case. I had tours my time trying on stock dresses that I didn’t like, to then get a drawing made up of my dream dress that I had already made on chat gpt. The drawing wasn’t even exactly what I asked for. Pretty disappointing and unfortunately a waste of a my Saturday due to travel time.
I couldn’t have dreamt of a better place to find my wedding dress! From the moment I walked through the door, I was made to feel completely comfortable and at ease. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and truly enjoyable. I felt so supported and understood every step of the way. I would recommend them to absolutely everyone thank you for helping make my wedding dreams come true! 🤍
Nicola was so sweet and working with her to design my custom wedding dress was really easy, allowing me to present my ideas and feedback throughout the whole process. She was also realistic, not overpromising and coming up with alternative suggestions which I really appreciated. After going to other dress appointments and not having amazing experiences, I was so relieved after my appointment with ARA and would definitely recommend them!
I recommend ARA Experience. I was an 'older' bride who was very unsure what style would suit me. The modular process to help build the dress that suits you and becomes the dress of your dreams was pretty great. A few minor issues that were so expertly managed by Nicola and Matt. I had my dress made through ARA experience and I honestly can’t thank Nicola and Penny enough for their help and guidance. From the very start and my first appointment I knew I wanted to have my dress made by ARA. They are so warming and welcoming, they listened to me and my vision and providing all the assistance needed.
