Our air conditioner froze up on Sayrday night. I called A and R on Sunday morning at 6:30. Janie was on call and answered the phone. She was kind and thorough in her questioning about our unit. Since it was frozen, we decided that it would be best to wait until it thawed for service. This morning I called and Joy scheduled us for the morning.
