Finance manager contacted me for what I assume was to let me know they couldnt line up any financing. Bummer bc I really wanted the vehicle.
I signed up to look at a car and test drive it on 8/8. When I arrived I looked at the auto and was informed we were waiting on the keys. The sales rep asked if I was ready to buy the auto if I liked the test drive. I informed her that this was my first convertible drive and I was beginning my search. Then I was informed that AR does not permit drives unless I was a serious buyer. I could sit in car and turn on the engine if I wanted. Called the dealer twice with questions about the vehicle advertised. The first time I left a message and it took two days for them to return my call. The sales person that returned my call could not answer most of my questions so I gave her the questions I needed answered and she was supposed to call back with the answers. No call back. I called again and talked with a different person who answered most of my but was going to call back with the answers. I never heard back from anyone.
