Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes, I was greeted when I walked in Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Not really. I usually have to wait a long time

Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this provider's office? They were average Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

I am a long time patient and because he's such a good doctor I haven't looked for a new one. His office staff, however, is HORRIBLE! I have witnessed them arguing amongst themselves, hanging up on patients, and being completely unprofessional. As far as how I have been treated, they do not return phone calls, cannot find medication dosages within files and therefore have to call THE PATIENT in order to get the dosage. Yes Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Not satisfied, but not unhappy

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Did this neurologist answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Is this provider's business conveniently located? Absolutely! It is right off the freeway and close to everthing

Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me
