Last Saturday morning, I found myself in an urgent need for plumbing services due to an unexpected situation that required immediate attention. Since I knew no one in the area, I googled, and found Aquarius Plumbing. I filled in their form and to my surprise, I received a response in a few minutes. Mike and I exchanged a few emails, I sent some measurements and pics, following his instructions, and he set the time. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have inquired multiple time regarding the repairs made to my house. I have only been given empty promises of receiving a call back. Does anyone even work at this company any more. I was even promised a call back from the manager to no avail. At this time I can not recommend any one use this company. I wish I could say different.

My Navien combi-boiler failed and fortunately was covered under warranty...although I had to pay for labor and added parts. I called a few places to see when they would be available and get estimates. Mike at Aquarius was responsive and helpful, he proactively reached out to Navien to get things moving right away...we were without heat and hot water!
