Aquarius is a fraudulent company. I would give them 0 stars if I could. They will do no work and try to sell you a new system when you don't need one (and they are burying bad reviews!). We had Jed J**** come out for the $49 A/C and furnace tune-up (which really is too good to be true). He said he couldn't tune anything up because nothing was working. Outstanding customer service with same day visit for a needed furnace repair in subzero temperatures. Our technician, Darrin W., was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous and made the necessary repairs in no time. He explained the problem in clear terms and even called us after the visit to make sure things were running smoothly. Late, high cost repairs, and scam. Had Aquarius come out for a furnace tune-up and to estimate the repair on a noise with the inducer motor. They were 2 hours later than their 12-4 window and they never called me during any of that time to let me know they were running behind. I had to call four times after the appointment window, twice were after hours, before I got a call back and they finally sent their on-call person out. We had Travis and Justin come to our cottage to install a new water system as we had issues with hard water and iron staining. Both technicians were extremely courteousy, professional and worked in a timely manner. When the job was completed they thoroughly cleaned their areas and then explained how the system works along with the maintenance. We would highly recommend Aquarius Home Services.
