Avoid them like the plague. The worst I have ever experienced. Knew what we needed to have done and they said they needed to come out and give us an estimate. Came out and then tried to charge us for a service call. We knew what needed to be done. They came out and gave a quote which was insane. I said please just leave. The company Aquarius wasted an entire week of my time. I called the office multiple times and spoke with Daniel. He asked me to send an email with videos of the air conditioning issue. After that, I followed up with him again, and he requested the Tenant’s information to schedule an inspection and estimate. I waited and waited, but after six days, I called again—only to find out that they never contacted the Tenant and did absolutely nothing. They are scammers! don't believe the positive reviews as they must be family or friends. They took advantage of an elderly couple by cleaning their ac console with a tiny vacuum for 2 min and charged them 350$usd. No appointment was made, no estimation, no information, no agreement, no replacement of parts. So they charge 70$ per minute for 5 minute =350$. Telling my father " it will be a 2 min job wont cost much". please stay away. scammers
