My fiancee and I are new betta fish owners and were having problems with the pH and ammonia in our tank… we found his number online, I texted him to see if he would come over, but he just asked what the problem was and began to answer all of my questions... It seems like he offers services that are bigger than whatever questions I was asking him but he was so generous with his time that I offered to pay a fee for his consultation lol but he refused!
