Seems like a nice family but I had to replace them. The pool is often left uncleaned, and I am not sure when or if they show up. Last year the filter basket was left full and I had a fire in the heater and almost had it burn up. They do not have the knowledge or ability to help maintain equipment, they are here for 9 minutes, pour chemicals, maybe clean out the baskets and leave. When I notified the owner that I was canceling service he sent very unprofessional texts about how we "messed with stuff". odd. .
