An issue occur with our pool Aqua link. We reached out to Aqua Medic for assistance. Our tech Tony showed up within 48 hrs of being contacted. System was checked out and Tony applied his expertise to resolve issues. He could have easily upsell us but now he reconnected our unit to get it back on line and No Additional Cost. Outstanding customer service and workmanship!! If u want an honest pool repair company call Aqua-Medic.
Tony is a pro. Easy to talk to, approachable, answers all your questions, and fairly priced. He isn’t trying to rip you off, just get you right. Will not call anyone else as long as he’s still fixing pools!

Israel & his co-worker did a great job with our pool mastic. High quality work. Mastic "alert" signs were a nice touch ensuring people don't walk on the mastic as it dries. They were very professional.
I contacted Aqua Medic to fix a check valve leak and backwash flow problem. Tony came by and quickly fixed both of the problems. He had the part with him for both fixes. The way he routed the backwash plumbing solved the problem. With Tony's knowledge, our pool is working better now, and it is much easier to maintain. I highly recommend Aqua Medic.
