Walked in to have a ring appraised and the jeweler isn’t there. Seconds after telling us, another customer walks in and is told again, sorry, he’s not here. Why does it say appraisals on the window? Why would you only have one person who can do appraisals? Why are they not there on a Friday during business hours? How bizarre. You lost two customers in literally 60 seconds. Weird weird weird. And we had to say hi when we walked in…..? Anyway, good luck.
