This is a scam. They called me and said they were **** ***** when they were not. They tricked me into sending them a water sample from a **** *****. I thought they were a state agency so I sent in 8 samples for me and my extended family. They called all of us with the same sales pitch (water was bad, etc) they are just trying to sell a product.
Poor communication. Unsatisfactory customer service. Misleading when selling product. Would absolutely NOT recommend using this company. There are several other reviews re: Ionoics products that are poor. Use caution & choose another vendor.
