Purchased a service contract in 2022 which guaranteed 5 years of service with all protections, replacement, leak detection, etc. When the service department answers your call, they only schedule appointments that are not fulfilled. This has happened to me twice in the last 2 weeks. The technician never showed up for the appointment. The problem with the filter's leak detection is still present; however, my biggest issue is that we are paying thousands of dollars for a service contract they are not fulfilling.

Never answer the phone calls, our aqualite system has a message telling us that need service, husband and I called several times, left messages and nobody has take the time to call ** back. Also I just realized that we overpay for something that it will cost $2000 and not $10,000. I wish I can return the system, since is overpriced and costumer service is the worst of the worst. I hope this review help others.

Terrible company screwed me terribly I work for this business they owe me thousands of dollars haven't paid me and started calling me names like a loser when I had two bad weeks and didn't make any sales terrible company never worked for someone ever like that in 25 years and their products they pay $1,000 for the water cleaner and sell it for $9,000 it's way overpriced you can buy their exact same product from me or another company for half the price do you research but do not buy from this company they don't even answer th... read more

This water system is everything I was told it would be and more. ******************* was very informative and knowledgeable. **** was able to answer all of the questions my wife and I had for him in an outstanding way. He was able to point out several issues that my city water was causing such as corrosion on my pipes and buildup on shower heads. ******************* worked in a very timely and professional manner and was even able to have my new filtration system installed the very next day at a time of my convenience! We have had a major pipe break because of the *********************** major flooding in my basement, they came next day to fix the pipe, now a couple weeks later we have leaking coming from it, put a call into the 800 number, they never returned our phone call, now tonight at 2am the unit was making a loud noise like a pipe was going to burst again, turned the unit off, called the 800 number again, let's see if they return this call, I just want the thing removed now from my home. I feel like I am part of a family when I speak to any of the staff. They are very knowledgeable, supportive and understanding. I fully recommend AqualiteUS to anyone with water issues.
