I purchased a system from Aqualite US and it is the best thing I have ever done for my family it is an investment for many years to come. My son has ****** and ever since we invested in the system his ****** has cleared up I am so thankful that we did this apart from my son I see the results every day and my skin and I am so happy. I would recommend a whole house system for anybody it is truly an investment for your family.
I purchased a water ******* purification system (Water Softener + Hygen, 2 tanks setup) from Aqualite at Bedford through **** *******. The system is bit at expensive side, around $7,500, but had a life time warranty (or I thought) 2.9 years later, the machine is displaying a message to call ******* for service. The ******* redirect me back to the local ******* dealer which is the Aqualite US for service needs. Called the Aqualite US 3 times over 3 month. This produce is overpriced and under-serviced. And there is no way to return such a high priced product, if you are not satisfied with the quality of the water. It is a scam. Save your money and buy bottled water! I assume these people will be out of business soon. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
I just purchased a water treatment from Aqualiteus 2 months ago and it has been one of the best investments we have done since we purchased the home.all the benefits we receive from the water treatment is amazing and I would hands down recomend it to anyone.
Sent a survey card last January for completing and sending back they were suppose to send a $50 ****** card. They never did send the Amazon card but tried to solicit business, which I declined.
This is a scam. They called me and said they were **** ***** when they were not. They tricked me into sending them a water sample from a **** *****. I thought they were a state agency so I sent in 8 samples for me and my extended family. They called all of us with the same sales pitch (water was bad, etc) they are just trying to sell a product.
Poor communication. Unsatisfactory customer service. Misleading when selling product. Would absolutely NOT recommend using this company. There are several other reviews re: Ionoics products that are poor. Use caution & choose another vendor.
