My Reviews Aquaguard Systems, Inc. 5.0 11-08-17 PENDING REVIEW Project: Waterproof Inspection / Certification Service I was so pleased with the whole process with AquaGuard. From the customer service on the first phone call through the entire job, communication and honesty was on point. AquaGuard was not the cheapest company around, but you get what you pay for and we were satisfied with the work. They were always on time and completed the work on time.

Aquaguard was the second-most inexpensive of the several companies who gave me bids on digging a french drain in my home in Regent Square. The job was messier than they expected. Turned out to be muddier than they, or we, anticipated, so not as absolutely clean on the day of work. Cleaned up well, and it has been a marvel ever since. Probably the single-best expense I've incurred.

Jim came to the house and assessed the problem even taking measurements. He thoroughly explained the process, including how long it would take, how many men would be working and exactly what they would do. Everything happened exactly as he said. The crew was prompt, courteous, and respectful of my property. They explained what and why they were doing things, gave me periodic status reports, and left my property neat and clean.
He does not do the type of work I needed.
They had to come back to fix a major basement leak after the first heavy rain due to a faulty installation. The repair was taken care of to our satisfaction but only after a few pnone calls and Ibeing told by the owner that no system could have handled the rain we just had. I didn't appreciate the excuse offered especially after it turned out it was an installation problem.
