Indiana Foundation quoted a scope of work. When it came time to complete the work they told me they were unable to complete the task and told me to hire someone else. By that time they had received full payment for the project. Another contractor completed the installation at the cost of ******** Indiana Foundation is ignoring my request for reimbursement.
AFS did exactly what was specified in the contract. From the initial assessment inspection to the completion of the work, Tanner, Jake and John did the clean out & installation which completely transformed the crawl space as intended. They worked as a well organized team all day and returned the next morning to complete the work as promised. I have been a general contractor for fifty years. Hire employees that do not lie to your customers , these ******* tried to get more money out of me after we had agreed to a price , than they blew every finish date the gave me and my house still is NOT finished

We had a quote done to get our driveway and back patio fixed. Scheduled a date as we are in contract to sell our house and this work needed to hit a deadline. We were scheduled a date that worked and then later was told by the person who gave us a quote, Matt, that it was no longer available. This almost made us lose our contract on our house. The professionalism and quality of work from this 3-person crew (William, Earle, and Noah) was top notch. Glad that they were assigned to my crawlspace remediation work.
So my wife and I reached out to Foundation recovery for 2 jobs, our house and shop foundation repair. Initially the rep that showed up and quoted everything was great to work with, then the day came to do the actual work. They crew that showed up did a great job, but what was quoted and what was done were two different things things. Our shop was was supposed to be dug out and completely straightened, but the workers said it was impossible and just put up braces to stop any further caving, OK we can deal with that.
