The company didn't come close to what they advertise with the work materials and procedure of the work. (I even had the work crew say that they don't do it the way you see it on the website and in the marketing materials we received when we first signed on). Well that was unfortunate because that is how the job was sold to us! I am sorry but that is called false advertising. I called Foundation Systems of Michigan on 9/16/2022. I told the woman on the phone that I was looking for a quote on installation of a water powered back up sump pump system. The woman said that someone could come out to my home on Monday, 9/19/2022. The representative came promptly on the scheduled time and looked over my situation. He then started talking to me about a battery powered back up sump pump system for my home. Not even what I was asking for someone to do. AFS came in and did a drainage system and wall seal in our furnished basement and garage. They were great, respectful to us & our belongings. Finished the entire setup, system installation and clean up in 8hrs. Jackson ** Micah and Jackson we're wonderful, they were professional, courteous and worked continuously while here. Wade came over and did a foundation inspection. He was very easy to talk to and didn't pressure me or try to scare me. If we need foundation work in the future, I will call Wade again.
