There is just no way a person openly displaying the worst of behavior is a doorman for a luxury apartment! I have stayed in 2 units in the building and was charged additional cleaning fees both times. Knowing that they have people come in and clean apts after tenants move out anyway, i didn’t bother deep cleaning the place the first time around. Got charged. Fine. But this time… i cleaned the s*** out of the place and still got charged for the same exact amount. Out of curiosity, has anyone actually gotten the full deposit back?
