This review is long overdue. Les guided us through the process of selecting, purchasing, and installing a water softener system from start to finish. He was professional and gave us all the information we needed on what was available and what would work best for us without being pushy. We needed work done on our plumbing before we could install our system and he recommended a contractor who came in and got everything done.
