We've had softeners in the past on other homes but decided to install a water conditioner from another company when we moved in 3 years ago. This review is long overdue. Les guided us through the process of selecting, purchasing, and installing a water softener system from start to finish. He was professional and gave us all the information we needed on what was available and what would work best for us without being pushy. We needed work done on our plumbing before we could install our system and he recommended a contractor who came in and got everything done. Great Service. Les was helpful in providing information based on need. water system is great I have noticed a big difference since installed.
Great service. Les is a great guy. Very helpful. He came by, took a water sample, sent it for testing and recommended a system based on my homes needs. Any questions he answered and has continued to answer after the system has been installed a couple of weeks later. My water is now soft. My tub and toilet are no longer yellow due to the iron in the water. We are really happy with the water system filtration and with Les's job.
Les was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't be happier with installation and performance. We now have great tasting water and no more watersports on glass. Highly recommend Aqua Terra
