This company is the worst, and awful customer service, call a few times lady was unprofessional she didn’t gave me answer to my question and ended up hanging the phone at me, when they did the service they install used filters totally a joke be carful with this company
Worst customer service. Wasted 4k. Better order from amazon and hire local technician to get it fixed.
Great customer service experience. They test your water for free and provide you with filters often. My skin and hair already feel much better since using this system for the last 8 years. Thank you Paulino, you always answer all of our questions and provide all the help we need to keep our system running amd up to date.
This company provides me with excellent service, changing filters every 18 months. We only use river water and we are very happy.
