This plumbing service is poor at personal communication. Be sure to ask for a quote up front, otherwise you will be unpleasantly surprised at the bill you receive. In my opinion, they nickel & dimed me for every dollar that they could. I asked them to please give me a bill that is itemized, so I could see the charges and compare. This is a shady company. They overcharge for everything as well. We had a flood at our house and there was a lot of damage. To install 2 bathroom faucets, which we supplied by the way, they charged $600.00. They were supposed to apply silicon to 2 shower tubs and the work was shoddy at best, they didn't even do the whole thing, we had to finish it ourselves. WOW 5 out of 5! - I hired to do a gas line on the inside of my house, and paid for 12 hrs of labor, They ran the line on the outside of my house, in four hours, and told me that the other way was "too hard" I spoke to owner,, who basically said "IN THE CONTRACTING WORLD, A BID IS A BID. YOU ACCEPTED IT AND THAT IS WHAT IT IS WORTH. THERE WILL BE NO DISCOUNT OR CREDIT AS YOU HAVE ALLUDED TO." -- avoid like the plague!

i rarely write Google reviews but based upon our experience Aqua Plumbing deserves a highly enthusiastic positive review from a series of plumbing repairs and installations. These include installation of large items (water heater, water softener......) and smaller but important items (faucets,........). The office staff (Kelly and crew) are helpful and the master plumber who helps us (Raymond) is excellent. They suggest quality items and also worked with us on a specific item we needed. Excellent.
