Charged me the expected service fee plus $10 for gas that weren’t even disclosed on the invoice since “gas prices are higher these days” plus the employee time who sat in the car for 15 minutes to wait around when we told them we would shop around for the motor and board that they were charging us $1,300 for. We asked if they would credit today’s service fee should we decided to replace the parts through them, and they said they would charge the same fee once again.

They were put to the test here when coincidentally I faced AC and plumbing issues just prior to my annual snowbird departure routine. Two distinct Aqua departments just a few days after signing the Aqua serice contract.
