We had a complete air conditioning system installed and had water drainage issues with it backing up and shutting down the system. They could not find the problem blaming it on the drainage pipe. After 5 different a/c repair companies we found a great company who solved the problem. The system was installed at the wrong angle causing the water to back up. Ronald, is a great, efficient and knowledgeable plumber, shoe covers, drop cloth immediately used w/o being asked. His training in caring for customer homes was impressive. Not all service persons as thoughtful. We hope you know what an exceptional plumber and employee you have. Hire more like him and pay to maintain these types. j. crane. p.s. plumbing skill second to none.
