The techs are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. They take whatever time it takes to fix your problem. They never seem in a hurry to run out. My previous plumber got the job done, but they did sloppy work, and were quick to tear up walls without taking a moment to think of a better way. And my previous AC company??? Oh god, don't get me started. Over the years, Aqua has re-piped my house and done various plumbing repairs. They also installed a new ac system for me. I reported an electrical problem and they sent a plumber and charged $99 for him to tell us we need an electrician and it would cost $55 more for an electrition to come which doesn't include repairs. I refused to pay so they are sending me to collections

YES We had the Air service department come out to clean our mini-split units. Jason did an amazing job. Very thorough and professional. And he cleaned up before he left! Thanks Aqua😁
