Did the warranty repair of our Jacuzzi spa. Pleasant enough to deal with but they rounded out every panel screw head in the process of the repair. Shoddy work.
As a first time spa customer, Lee was very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting a spa that met all of our criteria. The delivery was crew was professional and conscientious. The spa technician, Josh, was very friendly and took time to explain how to care for our new spa. We had an excellent experience start to finish!
Johnny was very helpful and knew their product line very well. Installation of our spa went smooth and was completed on time. Overall, very happy with Aqua Paradise Sundance Spa.
WOW !! Johnny is a fantastic and fun salesman , every time we visit the shop Johnny makes the experience fun and while being very accommodating and knowledgeable we always leave with a smile :)
Johnny is the best! He goes out of his way to help us and answer all of our questions. We bought our Edison spa 4 years ago and it has been our best purchase ever. Highly recommend Aqua Paradise.
