Nikki was awesome 👍... after researching vendors and spas husband and I decided to purchase from Aqua Living in Tallahassee...After spending 14 grand and purchased in Dec 2024 we have had nothing but problems and poor customer service...we requested our money back or spa to be switched out to only be denied...techs have continuously been called out with long service times in between to problem still not resolved... have not enjoyed the hot tub with all the Accessories working at one time...it is now June 2025 and still prob... read more
We bought an Aqua Living hot tub from Nikki Barnes. We had a great experience. She even helped us find an electrician to hook up the 220 for us. Everything went exactly as planned from buying to set up.
