Just had a great talk with Marty. He gave me a ton of info about a hot tub. Told him that we will give him a call when we are ready to get one.
June 2026: WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I gave a 5 star rating to this company when i purchased but realized their service was only good till the purchase of the hottub. Have tried to contact Marty for service and questions for last 6 months and he has only ignored my calls and texts. Very unprofessional company and management. I bought the G6 hottub spa from Aqualiving 2 years back. Warranty is 5 years but what good is it if there is NO post sale service or customer support.
