We stopped in just to look and get information. Our sales person,Troy was super friendly the moment we walked in. Very informative and took us through top to bottom the pros and cons of each hot tub. We ended up buying that same day. Troy came in on his day off to finalize the deal and had the hot tub delivered just a few days later. Delivery was easy and the delivery driver walked us through how to do the maintenance. Very pleased with the entire process !
We bought our hot tub on a Friday and it was delivered on Monday. Our sales person was very knowledgeable and our delivery guys were very kind. Enjoyed working with all of them.
This is our 2nd time using Aqua Haven. The first time we bought a 21ft Round pool from them the service & install was great for the most part. I sent cutomers to them after the first purchase and those customers bought pools from them as well, I know this for a fact because they are family. 2nd time buying a pool & accessories we went with a much larger pool this time. Let me first start off by saying we bought our original hot tub from them at their tent sale at the beginning of August '24. They were great and helpful. Then things started to go down hill. We were told the hot tub would be delivered exactly 2 weeks from purchase and we would hear from someone for a delivery time. 2 weeks were coming up fast and still heard nothing. This company is my go-to hot tub supplier for short-term rentals! Their pricing is competitive, their customer service is top-notch, and the entire team is a dream to work with.
