This is our 2nd time using Aqua Haven. The first time we bought a 21ft Round pool from them the service & install was great for the most part. I sent cutomers to them after the first purchase and those customers bought pools from them as well, I know this for a fact because they are family. 2nd time buying a pool & accessories we went with a much larger pool this time. This company is my go-to hot tub supplier for short-term rentals! Their pricing is competitive, their customer service is top-notch, and the entire team is a dream to work with. Every hot tub they’ve installed has added major value and appeal to my Airbnb listings—guests love it, and it shows in the reviews. I also appreciate how fast and reliable their spa service team is anytime maintenance or repairs are needed. Worst experience ever. Sales team made a bunch of promises fast delivery, quality products, and great service. None of it was true. Pool showed up late and missing parts. Jacuzzi was scratched and looked used. Installers were sloppy and damaged my patio. The jacuzzi didn’t even work after they “finished.” Tried calling for help no one calls back. But they had no problem taking my money right away. This place is a joke. Avoid them at all costs.
Had an amazing experience! Love the TS 8.2. Plenty of pressure! By far the best spa I've ever owned! Manager Kolton was amazing to work with! Always answers and even followed up to see how things were! Will always go to Aqua Haven!
We bought our hot tub 2 months ago and we love it! They installed it for us, and their store in Wichita has been very helpful with all of our follow-up questions!
