Don’t live here - your packages will get stolen and you will have to deal with lots of loud Airbnb people. There’s no office on property so you have to call in to people like Ashley who is just “filling in” and doesn’t know that they’re dealing with multiple theft issues. Why is it MY job to prevent packages being stolen. Aqua should be investigating and implementing safety measures for these issues. Not to mention you got homeless people siting right out side. I opened a work order request once regarding plumbing before and David was very helpful in helping me resolve the issues.
I’ve been having issues with mold in my apartment unit. Odulio Munoz came and provided great service. He was very thorough and efficient. He also had a great attitude.
If you read any review, let it be this one and trust me when I say, DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!! You will regret it every single day you do. If I can prevent one person from making this decision by posting this, I will feel better. Within one week of living in Aqua, I immediately knew I made the wrong choice. Do not be like me and think, “I’m sure it can’t be THAT bad,” or “Surely that won’t happen to me” because you will be wrong. Obdulio is great guy. Always helpful with a positive attitude. Hard worker making sure the whole apartment is kept in order. Carlos is the best handyman. He can fix everything. Always friendly. These guys deserve a raise. Thank you.
