I contacted the office regarding a neighbor issue. Shukura let me express my frustration. She genuinely cared about my discomfort and showed empathy. Shukura contacted my neighbor, and I haven’t been disturbed since. She’s amazing!
I like this complex specially my unit, but my issue is upstairs neighbors. Every day there is a lot of noise such as running,. We have wood floors, so it may be an issue with insulation and soundproofing and the parking spot is also small. If you need to talk with office they do not answer the phone. I wish I had read the reviews. A high noise levels is bothering.. noise is disturbing my sleep and health. Since I moved in this apartment, I have been struggling to adapt to my new apartment noises, but I can not get used to so... read more
Don’t live here - your packages will get stolen and you will have to deal with lots of loud Airbnb people. There’s no office on property so you have to call in to people like Ashley who is just “filling in” and doesn’t know that they’re dealing with multiple theft issues. Why is it MY job to prevent packages being stolen. Aqua should be investigating and implementing safety measures for these issues. Not to mention you got homeless people siting right out side. Living at Aqua has been a good experience overall. The location is great, and the building is well-kept. The amenities are standard, though it’s worth noting they haven’t been updated in some time — especially the gym, which could really use a refresh. What truly stands out, however, is Danielle. She recently helped me with a unique request and has consistently been the most helpful and responsive team member.
