absolute worse service in the world. every single person who works here is rude and unprofessional. i’ve given this place many third fourth and fifth chances because i live so close and every time i walk in here they look at you like “what are u doing in here” (not just me everyone!) you have to ask them a million times something because no one speaks english and they will flat out ignore u. can’t ever get ahold of them because they don’t answer the phone. absolutely terrible.

It takes two hours to get your nails done here because theyve one person do your meni and pedi. And they do a bad job.

Horrible… Horrible… Horrible if I could give them a zero I would: I never ever write reviews, but this place is awful - disrespectful, make you wait so long, and super rude.

This is by far the best nail salon in LA! I come here all the time, and Andy and the rest of the staff are always so caring, accommodating, warm, approachable, and they do the best job! Nails always turn out so wonderfully, and I even came to them to do my wedding nails! A big bonus of this particular nail salon is that everyone gets to sit on massage chairs, and I always fall asleep during the manicure and pedicure experience of the massage chairs (which are complimentary)! Andy said it would take 20 minutes and i ended up waiting over an hour. When you talk to him he barely acknowledges you and rarely answers. Older woman was rude after asking to file nails in addition to cutting. Will look for a new nail salon after today.
