Honestly bewildered at the positive reviews because seeing this doctor was one of the worst patient experiences I’ve had. I came to him in constant pain and would have really benefited from some empathy and cooperative care. Instead it felt like I had to fight for any shred of help and to be taken seriously. He eventually prescribed me an antibiotic without informing me of the potential for very severe side effects, of which I was particularly at risk for due to another health condition. Very nice doctor. Kind. Answered all questions. However, the wait time was over 30 minutes.
I had been complaining about a health issue I had with a doctor from a different hospital. After a very long time with no answers, I decided to switch to St Vincent Hospital. On my first appointment with Dr Shah he told me exactly what I had thought was wrong and the very things I had tried to describe to the other doctors in the other hospital. He's kind and compassionate. Very easy to talk to. 5 stars 🤩
He is professional , kind & very intelligent. I am grateful for Dr.Shah.
