Keith was great! He arrived on time, asked about our concerns/problem areas and was very thorough; he treated inside, outside perimeter, the yard and even the garage. He removed a couple of wasp nests too.

Carlos, a college student knocked on our door and was so polite and knowledgeable! I had to say yes since I did have an insect problem and had been looking on the internet for a reputable company. Then Tom came and did the application and he was so thorough and took the time necessary. Tom even went over and applied the granules in our rock beds! Aptive - you have a great team in these two guys!
