Tom was out here today. He have found several problems around the house and took care of them immediately. THANK YOU, TOM.
We have a really bad vole problem in our yard. Its starting to create a sinking problem and we have tried to get rid of them before our whole yard is destroyed. We have hired Aptive pest control to come out and deal with the problem. They came out the same day with traps and baited boxes. It voles instantly went into the boxes and started eating . The first visit was wonderful. The second visit was good but D.Tribitt didn't come and talk with us like the first guy. I was going to have him come in and check the bathroom
Rhett did a great job for our first service. He was thorough, polite & prompt...asked questions and thought through our ant issue not only treating the existing problem, but proactively treating the area he thought they would move to once evicted!
I can't say enough good things about my first experience with Aptive - and especially Tom who provided the service. I had never used a professional pest control service before and had always done things myself. However, after seeing everything Tom/Aptive did, I am definitely sold on the value of their service. I think the treatment price is very reasonable and I will certainly be a repeat customer. I'm sure Aptive will do very well in the Twin Cities if the exceptional service I received from Tom is the norm.
Aptive was great. Rhett was very friendly and knowledgable and provided wonderful service. Next test is to see if the ticks stay out of the yard!
Jacob M. arrived early and explained in detail what he would be doing and covering on our first application. He was thorough and did a very good job. I was impressed with the service and it's completeness.
Tom was very through, polite, professional, took his shoes off when entering, cleaned up a dead mouse, explained the service plan clearly and made me feel very confident in this service!
Tim was helpful and informative. He came by on schedule and told me everything he had performed on our house.
