The service tech was courteous and informative. He presented himself and explained the purpose of this visit and his procedures. When the job was completed, he again spoke to me about his work and offered to answer any of my questions. Thank you for employing such professionals.
Spruce delivers everything service with absolute professionalism! We were serviced today - 12-11-19 by Denzel and he was excellent. Notified us of his presence and went about his business in an unobtrusive manner! Great service!
Aptive always provides good service but my only complaint is they don’t call and remind about upcoming appointments. Twice now they’ve shown up at my house and we had no warning. The one time no one was home so the service wasn’t provided and the second time, my dad had to rush the dogs in the house. Please send out reminders so customers know when to expect the services to be done.
