this company did not listen to my needs and then charged me $200 to cancel. not told about cancellation fee!! they harrasss me with texts and calls and I already called and customer loyalty and they said I would NOT be billed!!! dO NOT USE
I’ve tried calling multiple times, left 4 messages explaining that we have hobo spiders in our house. They never sent someone out to spray again and when they sent me an email saying a technician was coming for my quarterly services I emailed, called, and texted every number I could find for them and told them that they under NO circumstances had permission to come on my property and that I would NOT be continuing with service and when the technician showed up I was going to send him away. RecommendedTyler Robinson performed my quarterly exterior service today (9/25). Tyler called to let me know he was on his way and came to the door when he arrived (per my request). Tyler asked if I had any concerns or issues. I showed him my concerns and he addressed them. He did 3 laps around the exterior of the house taking care of dusting for spiders and removing cobwebs, spraying around the base of the house and the deck, and dusting any openings where bugs could set-up home. RecommendedWas having a problem with ants since my treatment, called for reservice and Jordan came out. He showed very good customer service and explained everything he was going to do to correct the problem.
Salesperson indicated their treatments would take care of specific bugs. Come to find out they don't. Very disappointing.
Aptive Environmental The salesman takes lots of notes, but the people that come to do the work don't read them. they are in and out in five minutes. if you're not there to ensure they do the job, it won't get done. I wanted to supervise the first quarterly visit, but i could not reschedule: no one answers the phone and no one returns calls. i was told they would remove wasp nests. they smashed them and left the debris all over my front porch. the worst part is the team lead was carrying a broom. i guess he forgot what it was... read more
Horrible customer service. They schedule your appointment whenever they want. When you suggest a date, they agree to it. Only to change your scheduled date and not tell you until the day before. They say oh well when we service your house we are doing other houses in a 5 mile radius instead of having someone drive 30 minutes every day. Maybe your people should mention that. took me 30 minutes to even speak to a service manager. I highly don't recommend this company.
The products have not reduced my infestation. It is worse then ever. I'm unable to contact the company. Been on hold for 19 minutes. Was told going in they would be receptive to my concerns; now there's no way to contact them.
