My treatment specialist, Nethaniah, was great! He was prompt, professional and explained my services to me very clearly.
This company offers everything and has extremely poor service. They don't return phone calls or respond on time. Now they are not taking service appointments for existing clients. The manager never returns a request for a call back. I would not recommend them.
The salesman came to my house after dark on a stupid segway scooter that glowed blue in the dark! That was a mistake number 1! Who comes to your door after dark? He told me all about his company and said he cost more than Terminix and I should go with Aptive! I said I am happy with Terminix and they took care of my bug problems and issues. And there haven't been any bugs since I have been using Terminex and they are a lot cheaper. Very happy with nt Aptive experience.Tyler showed up on time, explained everything. He was super polite and professional. I have recommended Aptive to many of my friends.
Their agent, Josh Covarrubias, was a dream. He explained all that he would be doing with such an air of confidence and enthusiasm about their product that it was almost contagious. What an asset he is to Aptive as he truly enjoys his job and working hard to please their clients. After he left I called the company asking that if possible I would prefer only Josh for all future treatments.
Weslly Rivera was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable! He even knocked down a wasp nest that was being built on the top corner of our house.
The Active service tech Doug was great, very informative & professional. Explained how the billing process worked before doing any treatment. Then explained what kind of treatment I was getting & how it's going to protect my house . Even though it was my first treatment, I was impressed by Doug's professionalism.
First time service and it was exceptional. My technician did a great job. Explained in an email what was done and chemicals used. Very impressed.
