My technician, Michael Johnson, was very professional and helpful. He did an outdoor treatment, and then offered to come inside to do some additional treatment in problem areas. He was able to explain what he was doing clearly and he was very courteous.
The company is very deceitful...they tell you that they are offering some amazing discount then help themselves to your credit card for triple the consultation quote, their service is poor and their customer service worse. And, after all that said, we still have crickets. Scam!!
The service rep, Nethaniah, did an excellent job. He was courteous and attentive. He inquired about problem areas, then addressed our concerns with the appropriate treatment.
