Dave is the Best !! 5 starts and then some. I can not say enough good things about him and his team. They are professional, honest, trustworthy, reliable and go above and beyond to ensure the reno is prefect! They made suggestions I didn’t even think of – and it looked great as promised. Straight forward and honest about what is to be done, needs to be done and doesn't. I used Apter for a series of renovations to my home, and will use them again for other things down the line. Set out everything we had agreed on in advance on paper, A couple surprises along the way, but that was more dealing with an old house than a contractor. Finished on time Solid experience, recommend highly.
Apter Construction was amazing to work with from start to finish! Hard working, honest, clean, organized, able to problem solve, trustworthy, and on point with their estimate. All of their subcontractors were a pleasure as well. I would HIGHLY recommend this team! Will definitely be calling them in for my kitchen reno!
I am impressed with David and his team at Apter Construction, professionals, knowledgeable and overall they did a fantastic job on complete remodelling of my bathroom. The renovation was smooth from the start and I would not hesitate to recommend Apter to anyone.
