Im a Statefarm customer. It’s hard to impossible to talk directly with your claim handler/inspector/appraiser. It’s harder to get in contact with their team manager or team supervisor. State Farm and it’s inspectors will make your life miserable in order to not pay for your damages.

Another company that doesn’t give a ****. Cares more about money then doing the right thing. Went to cancel my parents auto insurance because they passed away and the cars were sold. And I was their Power of Attorney and they refused to cancel and prorate it so I had to let the policy run out

Like A Good Neighbor my ***! Have had homeowners insurance with this company for over 45 years and not ONE claim. My “Good Neighbor” did the following to reward my loyalty and many $$$ paid to them: In my annual policy , on my declarations page, when I opened this year was an indication of “roof in need of repair or replacement “ then a letter stating that I needed to “complete these repairs” as they claimed this was from an underwriting survey. 4 years of paying into policy after policy, thinking I could trust my insurance company for once just to find out my policy won't be renewed due to me actually using the service I'm paying them for. Absolute joke of a company

Asked for a quote 2 years ago, decided to go with another competitor that's cheaper. Every three months since that first quote I am getting harrased by state farm agents constantly even after I respectfully stated I'm not interested.

Nathan S****** did an outstanding job in educating me on the benefits and better coverages on my homeowners insurance and auto insurance offered by State Farm compared to what I was getting with *********** and was able to save me $1200 with lower deductibles with better coverage. All of my extra questions that I had were answered even when I needed him to go over some of them 3 times. If I could give zeros stars, I would. I had a tree fall on my house. State farm is not a good neighbor. They didn't even try to do right by me. State farm is NOT there for you. State farm isn't interested in helping you when you need it. They only want your money.

I had car insurance through state farm. I had to file a claim and the service was the worst you can imagine. The following are the issues: significant extensive delay in processing the claim and assigning the claim, lack of communication from claims team, communication of inaccurate information, lack of due diligence, lack of integrity in the process and the personnel involved. Yes, when I first got the auto and renters insurance. First of all the guy talk me into the renters insurance but he did not tell me that it was a certain amount nor did he tell that it only covered for certain amount. So they are not good when it comes to claims.
