Our catalytic converter was stolen. We did exactly what State Farm told us to do every step of the way. And after 10 months, it was clear that the part was not going to be available through Toyota and need it to be purchased by a separate company. We called state farm to get their agreement, which we thought we had. They told us they would pay the supplemental difference. State farm did me dirty, they steered my wife to take off our liability and now an insurance company is coming after. Horrible insurance company.

State farm decided not to renew my auto policies because I made too many claims. I had to get my truck windshield replaced may 2023. safety lite pulled the old one and found 2 rust spots. OK. Now I gotta find a body shop. In the mean time I'm left with big hole & no windshield. They would not replace it until I had it fixed. The dude had nothing in his van to cover it up. Let me start off by their saying state farm is like a good neighbor goes only if you do not have any issues with them. Back in April our house was damaged by hail siding and roof. They are going to fix the siding but they are only giving us replacement cost for 15 tiles, screens and now has added extra for fixing our ceiling that now has a hole. I wish I could give a "less than one star" rating! My car was vandalized and I contacted my State Farm Agent, of over 15 years. I was told to look into having the window repaired at my own expense since the deductible was $500. Once Safelite examined it, it turned out that there was damage to the window motor and some minor body damage as well. I filed the claim with State Farm, went through that process and selected one of their preferred vendors directly from their website for the repair. Almost FIVE months later, I had my... read more

I spoke to both multiple times also the day of accident I was on the side of highway I95 for 9 hour waiting on a tow truck. I was un able to find someone to pick me up. When tow truck arrived I was told I could NOT ride with them so I was stuck standing on the side of Highway I95 until I found D someone to come get me.

They are a misleading racist company especially the branch in mountain top Pennslyvania. The girl Who works at the front desk is rude and racist. A racist town and state . Poor customer service all the way

I thought they were a good business and see that they are a bad business. I see they like taking your money but when something goes wrong they do not want to assist you. As far as getting a good quality insurance but when I stuck in there with them I found out I was not getting good quality insurance. The Representative give you the run around. I would never tell another person to go state farm. I am talking about one specific location located in St. Louis. L. M. State Farm.
