Really bad management. They collected the rent for a duplex I owned, but that's about all they did. I don't live in Austin, so I needed someone to take care of my investment for me, but under their care, the property was neglected, and the siding needed to be repaired. They never once brought this up in two years! Also, they let a tenant tear out all the carpet in the unit and didn't even take any money out of the security deposit to reimburse me for the damages. UNDER APRIL REALTY SERVICES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MY PROPERTY LOSS THE LAST SIX MONTHS ALONE IS OVER $12,000. From my experience after reviewing the time April Realty managed my property I feel and am certain they lack professionalism and very disheartening lack trust. David Allen and his staff are simply the best! He is straightforward and competent and his crew tries hard to solve problems and keep tenants happy. They completely renovated our property quickly, professionally, and with the greatest craftsmen ever. Can't say enough good things.
