I was a patient until I lost my insurance due to an employment change. I was then informed that she doesn't see uninsured patients. I would have paid out of pocket but that was not an available option. I'm now waiting weeks to see a new doctor who will prescribe my blood pressure meds, as the damage accrues on my heart and other parts of my body. I have seen Dr. Busch for over five years. Two years ago I had some abnormal things going. She ran a full panel of tests, and she determined that everything was fine with me. I asked her if she did anything with hormones, and she said no. She told me if the issue I was having happened again to schedule a new appointment. Dr. Mixon is friendly, knows her stuff, explains well, and makes me feel accepted and calm. I like her a lot. She always answers my questions and respects me.
She is very knowledgeable. Will look into every possible option and thoroughly explain to the patient so they understand.

Set appointment on line 02/17/23. This appointment was confirmed online. I got a call 03/08/23 informing my appointment was going to be canceled because the doctor could not see a new patient that day. They could schedule me at a later date to see the nurse, but I could not see the doctor. This is poor planning and patient care!
Dr. Yorek is a great listener . . . Always makes a personal contact with patient.
Sent my mother home with no home health after a diagnosis of three broken ribs and failure to thrive. My mother is a long time patient of his and he’s dropped the ball in foreseeing she would need home health.
