Absolutely wonderful office! Everyone was fast, professional, and efficient. Stephanie was my dental assistant and she did a fabulous job. Highly recommend this place!!!
I see why they have a one star rating I just drove an hour from Truckee for an appointment at 10 got there they told me that I hadn't confirmed so lady was short and rude all the customers while I was there complaining of how busy the place is meanwhile the customer right next to me same thing happened To him with the office saying he hadn't confirmed. Then she told me I could have an appointment four hours later. her attitude showed that she didn't care about any of the people or giving good customer service. This is my fir... read more
Unfortunately the Smile Shop wrote down my insurance info incorrectly, so I had to pay out of pocket which is a lot of money for me but I was so desperate after they'd canceled multiple appointments on me since I have gum problems. Now, months later they still haven't submitted the bill to my insurance for reimbursement despite me calling countless times to ask for them to please do so. And it also ruined my ability to find another dentist in town since I couldn't tell them if my insurance had been billed already or not. Sad... read more
This is not a dentist office only can get teeth cleaning done however they lie and give your kids X-rays each visit and say that the dentist will check the X-rays and get back to you. No one ever gets back to you because there is no actual dentist! Pure fraud
