Was 19 minutes late for an appointment and was told to leave. Would never go to a facility with this policy. Find a dr. who is with it. Both in business and in care. I wish I would of read these posts first.

I was scheduled for a lumbar injection and twice before I had the procedure she mentioned that this was going to be a hard level to achieve with my injection that the doctor ordered. At this point, the ethical and professional response should have been to refer me to another physician or talk with my doctor! Instead, she attempted the procedure, and no fault on her part, I did faint after the first numbing injection. Dr. Fetzer is one of the best specialists I have ever encountered. Truly outstanding. Highly recommend.

I found her to be a jerk. Went for an EMG test and she offered that she thought I was seeing the wrong type of specialist and said if she were me, she would see a different type of doctor. When I asked why she thought this way, she admonished me that "this was merely a test and not a consultation"...translation: she wasn't going to tell me anything further unless I suppose I made an office appointment with her instead of just this test ordered by another physician that she didn't think I should be going to. Dr. Fetzer is very knowledgeable but uncaring physician. She is very regimented in running her appointments and surgery but has little understanding or compassion for individuals with complex medical conditions. I was reprimanded for canceling surgical procedures when my medical conditions that did not make them possible. It is obvious she makes her money scheduling procedures off-site at the Same Day Surgery Center and hates cancels because she loses money. Dr. Fetzer is the only noe who has helped my chronic back pain! I really loved her staff. Eva her assistant was courteous and always answered my questions and called me back promptly. The epidural injection was exactly what I needed. I would refer anyone to her without hesitation.

after getting a call friday about my monday appointment confirming they had all my paperwork upo arrival monday they told me they diodnt have any of my paper work. so then after that they then after reciving the paperwork refused to see me cause i missed my appointment? this is just unacceptable and is unbelivable that one day they have what is needed then upon arrival they dont and then refuse to see me? not to mention the attitude given to me from the secretary after this. i would not recoment this doc to anyone for anythi... read more

Dr. Fetzer is the best! I have seen her a few times for my back pain, and it is already gone! She is kind, thorough and friendly. I have referred all my family and friends to her.

Dr. Fetzer is an expectional specialist.I am a physician myself and would recommend her highly to any patient requirng epidural steroid injections. She is kind, approachable and very professional. A true gem ! She helped me greatly.
