Stephen has been my therapist for the last 3 months now, and I feel I have made tremendous progress. He is not my first therapist, but definitely my best. His approach to therapy, through giving you tools you can use on your own is extremely effective and practical. I cannot recommend him enough!

Stephen is one of the best therapists I’ve worked with. He has a great blend of clinical guidance, humor, and empathy, which is a unique skill set to have. My favorite thing about working with Stephen is that he has an affirming style, where he makes a point to highlight strengths and reminds me to celebrate and use them to my advantage in the therapy process. I would highly recommend Stephen to anyone looking for a therapist skilled in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) who is adaptable and enjoyable to work with.
S. O'Neal is very good. I came to therapy with doubts, but in the end he truely listens helps you see what we have trouble seeing for ourselves.
