Absolutely a terrible experience. By far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a health care provider. From start to finish it was a giant pain in the ass. Multiple hours and over 45 days to get my c-pap. They kept blaming my insurance, PCP and ENT on the delay. After over 8 hours on the phone, mostly on hold, with my doctor, insurance and ENT. I'm still trying to adjust and get comfortable with the mask
Staff are dismissive, bulldozing and completely disconnected from their central Apria group. I would avoid them at all costs.
Don't give them your credit card number.They will keep it on file and charge you for any balance that you do not even know you have. For instance for something that your insurance didn't cover. Reputable companies will send you a statement. Surprise ..Apria takes the liberty and charges your card without your knowledge.
