Stay away from Apria in Plainview NY the right hand does not know what the left hand is doing the two manger are the WORST two people in the world to ever work with they should be sent back to there country they need to be replaced big time!!!!! they need alot of training how to handle people in need I would not let them take care of my dog they dont care about the C.O or the people working there I never seen so many people quit from under them Bad business.......

Awful! I have been trying to get supplies for two weeks! How can this company stay in business! I have been told the order was expedited--three times! Still nothing. They are awful!
I've spent 10 hours playing phone tag and an hour and 2 minutes on the phone trying to get a heart monitor for my preemie son. The hour and 2 minutes was the time I actually spoke to someone. My wife was on hold for 49 minutes. I had a prescription in hand and they would not use the script. They insisted I call the hospital and have the hospital call and give a verbal script. The hospital as well as myself have called and left several voicemails to no avail. What a joke of a company
Wow! Finally getting oxygen at 11PM. It only took 13 hours to complete the order. Can't wait to find a new company tomorrow. This company has a huge area of opportunity in the customer service department.
I would rather die of untreated sleep apnea than have to deal with this company again.
The worst customer service EVER! No follow - up. Completely unhelpful. THE WORST!
